The 7th Asia-Pacific Programme for Senior National Security Officers (APPSNO) was held from 8 to 12 April 2013 at the Sentosa Resort and Spa, Singapore.

The theme was Narrowing the Theory-Practice Gap. Leading global security experts in homeland security matters were invited to share their experiences.
