A delegation of 25 Korean military officers who are attending a course at the Korean National Defence University (KNDU) visited RSIS on 18 June 2019 as part of a regional study visit. They were led by Professor Hong Tai Young from the Department of International Relations at the University’s Graduate School of National Security. Mr Eddie Lim, Dr Bernard Loo, Dr Nah Liang Tuang and Mr Ho Shu Huang from the RSIS’ Military Studies Programme (MSP) hosted the delegation.

Both sides exchanged perspectives on a wide range of contemporary security issues. The visit affirms the close relationship KNDU and MSP share and is one tangible outcome of the Memorandum of Understanding the two parties signed in 2016.
