COVID-19 and Global Governance: Waking Up to a Safe New World

Dr Mely Caballero-Anthony, Head of the Centre for Non-Traditional Security Studies, RSIS, contributed a chapter titled “COVID-19 and Global Governance: Waking Up to a Safe New World” to the paper titled “Challenges of Global Governance Amid the COVID-19 Pandemic”. The paper was published by Council on Foreign Relations on 21 May 2020.
