Our Mission is build intellectual capital, explore opportunities and threats, build international networks, and raise public awareness, in the field of national security issues in Singapore and southeast Asia involving technology and society, in collaboration with the other research centres of RSIS.

Our Vision is to be an international thought leader examining the interaction of technology, society, and national security, with perspectives from southeast Asian and small states.
