With the US waving the military card amid stalled talks with North Korea, questions have arisen over whether the historic Trump-Kim summit held in Singapore has come to nought. Dr Graham Ong-Webb from RSIS said US is in a weaker position than it was before the summit. Adding that the summit, while important, happened too quickly without proper thought as to what was to come out of it, the research fellow said the elements of fairness and accountability were missing.
