Small States and the Sino-US Battle for AI Supremacy
Dr Graham Ong-Webb a research fellow at RSIS, wrote in his commentary that the growing mistrust and rivalry between China and the US, are pushing both sides to curtail anything that will bestow the other with an advantage. If small states are able to successfully navigate through the interstices of Sino-American rivalry together, they will have done their bit to keep barriers down and raise the prospects for everyone to reap the potential fruits of AI.
