Han Fook Kwang, ST editor-at-large and senior fellow at the RSIS, NTU, commented that Smart Nation Singapore had an early lesson in failure when healthcare group SingHealth’s computer system was hacked. It  highlights the dangers if technology is embraced without the people fully understanding how it works and what the changes mean for them.
