    In a commentary, Joseph Chinyong Liow, dean of the College of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences and dean of the NTU’s RSIS, said that Democrats, now in charge of the House, share US President Donald Trump’s views on trade and China but the bigger worry lies not in Congress but within the Cabinet.
