There were many good speeches in Parliament last month when members discussed the Government’s agenda for the coming years, but NTU RSIS senior fellow Han Fook Kwang is not sure if the speeches connected well to the man on the street. He hopes for the 4G leaders to be a “model of clarity” and speak plainly – something that is important because there is so much more noise from so many voices today, especially in the online world.
