In a commentary, Dr. James M. Dorsey, a senior fellow at RSIS, said that President Donald Trump’s currently failing “maximum pressure” approach to Iran, as well as North Korea, begs the question what his true objectives are and what options he will be left with should that policy ultimately fail.
