Has Rodrigo Duterte Delivered on His Promises?
In a video story discussing the Philippines president, Rodrigo Duterte’s efforts to urge his Congress to bring back the death penalty for drugs offenders, Graham Ong-Webb, a research fellow at RSIS, said that it is a very odd situation involving very dramatic political play in the Philipines, highly-divided and polarised nation, but at the same time the business community is happy that the economy is doing well.
