Dr Li Mingjiang, Associate Professor and Provost’s Chair in International Relations, Coordinator of PhD Programme, Graduate Programme Office (GPO), S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), in his analysis of China’s 20th National Congress report, said it clearly highlights the importance of national security, bringing together the discourse on national security of the past few years and formulating a more systematic and clearer national security strategy.
