A Saudi-Pakistani spat over Kashmir, Gulf state feuds and strife between Turkey, Saudi Arabia and the Emirates put to the test the notion that the Arab and Muslim world shares common interests, wrote RSIS Senior Fellow James Dorsey in a commentary.
