COVID-19: Its Impact On Food Sufficiency – OpEd
Paul Teng, an adjunct senior fellow (Food Security) at NTU’s RSIS, wrote an article discussing COVID-19’s impact on food sufficiency. He said that while COVID-19 has focused attention on the immediate danger of food shortages, it behoves small island states like Singapore to continue efforts to develop more stable and sustainable food sources.
