In a commentary, P S Suryanarayana, a visiting senior fellow at RSIS, said that India’s and China’s latest soft-power diplomacy can be seen as an enduring, not exploratory, exercise. He added that though challenges remain, this certainly augurs well for bilateral ties between the two Asian superpowers.
