S. Korea Seeks Synergy Between New Southern Policy, Indo-Pacific strategy
Making a pitch for its New Southern Policy, South Korea is striving to harmonise it with similar geopolitical initiatives, especially the United States’ Indo-Pacific strategy. Shawn Ho, a security researcher at RSIS, said, “To make this New Southern Policy a success, President Moon and his team of advisors will need to come up with more concrete plans on how exactly their government intends to pursue this policy.”
