North Korea’s Cyber Warfare Capabilities Are Just Getting Started

In an opinion piece, Assistant Professor Dr Michael Raska, who is also Coordinator of the Military Transformations Program at RSIS, discussed the topic of North Korea’s cyber warfare units. While South Korea and the US focus on North Korea’s growing nuclear weapons and ballistic missile capabilities, the alliance must increasingly prioritise countering the development of Pyongyang’s cyber capabilities, he wrote.
