High Stakes for Muhyiddin in Sabah State Polls

In a commentary, Research Analyst Piya Raj Sukhani from RSIS discussed the impending elections in the Malaysian state of Sabah. The polls are slated for 26 Sep, and were called after the state government aligned with the Pakatan Harapan (PH) opposition collapsed amid a takeover bid reportedly spearheaded by Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin and his allies in Sabah.
