In an article, Kenneth Yeo Yaoren, a research analyst at RSIS, discussed the suicide attack at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Mount Carmel at Jolo. He said the most effective strategy against suicide attacks in Philippines is to deny terrorists groups access to foreign bombers.
