- The ‘Egg-onomics’ of Food Security
In a commentary, RSIS’s Associate Research Fellow Jose M.L. Montesclaros, Adjunct Senior Fellow Paul S. Teng and Professor Mely Caballero-Anthony discussed the need for all food-importing countries to plan for sudden disruptions and diversify sources as part of risk-mitigation strategies and the challenges of diversification.
…Jose M.L. Montesclaros is Associate Research Fellow at the Centre for Non-Traditional Security Studies (NTS Centre) at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), Nanyang Technological University. Paul S. Teng is Adjunct Senior Fellow (food security) at the NTS Centre and Managing Director of NIE International. Mely Caballero-Anthony is Professor of International Relations at RSIS and head of the NTS Centre.
