Speaking on Bloomberg Television, Prof Rohan Gunaratna, head of the International Centre for Political Violence and Terrorism Research at NTU in Singapore, noted that the Thai government has not been able to identify the perpetrator of the bomb attack that killed at least 19 people in Bangkok’s central shopping district on Monday night.
