Geopolitical Objectives Fuel China’s Peace Ark

In an opinion piece, RSIS research associate Atmakuri Lakshmi Archana and Assoc Prof Li Mingjiang at NTU noted that China will undoubtedly continue to use Peace Ark and other aid programmes to enhance its soft power in other parts of the world, and also its regional geopolitical objectives.
