In an online commentary, Kaewkamol Karen Pitakdumrongkit, Deputy Head and Asst Prof at RSIS’ Centre for Multilateralism Studies said that after long delays, the Thai Kingdom is now at last moving closer to holding a general election after the Thai military staged a coup in May 2014.
