Reviving Stalled BRI: China’s Two-stage Approach
Associate Professor Pradumna Bickram Rana and Visiting Fellow Jason Ji Xianbai who holds a doctorate in International Political Economy, both from RSIS, wrote a commentary on how China’s Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) has virtually stalled because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Pradumna B. Rana is an Associate Professor at the Centre for Multilateralism Studies (CMS), S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. Xianbai Ji holds a doctorate in International Political Economy from RSIS. This is part of an RSIS Series.
