How Should Asia Respond to Protectionism by the US?

Dr Tomoo Kikuchi, visiting senior fellow at RSIS, wrote that Asia needs to adjust to the protectionism of the US by introducing appropriate and effective counter measures. More fundamentally, Asia must rebuild international trade via promotion of regional integration and reduce its dependency on the dollar.
