    In a commentary, Dr Tomoo Kikuchi, and associate professor at the Department of Economics, Korea University and adjunct senior fellow at NTU’s RSIS, said that the ongoing oil crisis points to the need for oil-consuming Asian countries to cooperate with the international Opec-plus agreement to reform and stabilise the global oil market.
