In an opinion piece, Dr. Shashi Jayakumar, Senior Fellow and Head of Centre of Excellence for National Security; Executive Coordinator of Future Issues and Technology at RSIS wrote that recent unhappiness over the Education Ministry’s tracking software and TraceTogether suggests a broader and better narrative on the national digital drive is needed to avoid an erosion of trust arising from such episodic outbreaks, wrote in a commentary.
