Blurred Lines and New Means – Terrorism’s Alarming New Dimensions
In a commentary, Muhammad Faizal Abdul Rahman, a Research Fellow with the Homeland Defence Programme at the Centre of Excellence for National Security, a unit of RSIS at NTU, outlined new developments in terrorism and the evolving nature of the terrorism problem, with a focus on Southeast Asia, and Singapore’s potential role as the current (2018) chair of ASEAN to advocate deeper cooperation at the strategic and operational levels among the member countries to keep pace with the new dimensions of terrorism.
