The Workshop is organised by the RSIS Centre for Non-Traditional Security (NTS) Studies in collaboration with Institute of Geography, University of Erlangen-Nürnberg, Germany, Urban Affairs Research Institute. It aims to facilitate dialogue and exchange of ideas, identify country and city specific topics, promote mutual learning, and formulate potential joint projects relating to resilient cities and food security. It brings together relevant knowledge and experiences particularly in Singapore and German contexts. Themes of discussions include green city concepts and infrastructure, urban food and nutrition security and new urban food technologies and innovation. Resource speakers will be from Germany and Singapore.
