Cyber and Homeland Defence Programme
The Cyber and Homeland Defence Program (CHDP) examines the impact of developments in cyber, digital, and information communication technologies, on the national security of Singapore. At the international level, this includes cyber norms, confidence building measures, and information warfare; at the national level, this includes smart nation security, influence operations, and legislation; and at the individual level this includes the impact of big data, social media targeting, artificial intelligence, and behavioural sciences in security.
