ASEAN-Canada Forum

Designed to inform and engage Track 1 officials, these forums to be held in Southeast Asia, will disseminate research findings from the ASEAN-Canada research fellowships and facilitate discussions on key regional and bilateral issues.

  • 2013 ASEAN-Canada Forum

The first ASEAN-Canada Forum titled ‘ASEAN-Canada Forum and Public Symposium: Reflections on an Inclusive and Equitable ASEAN Community in 2015’ was held on 19-21 August 2014 in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. Click here for more details of the event.

  • 2014 ASEAN-Canada Forum

The second ASEAN-Canada Forum on ‘Natural Resources Management for Sustainable Growth’ will be organised on 24-25 July 2014 at the Holiday Inn Atrium in Singapore. The forum seeks to showcase not only the work of the ASEAN-Canada fellows, but will also provide a platform to share reflections and facilitate a candid conversation on ASEAN’s community building efforts, particularly in light of the goal of establishing the ASEAN Community in 2015.
