Temasek Foundation Series on Trade & Negotiations

The Temasek Foundation Series on Trade & Negotiations (TFSTN) is a new programme under CMS that focuses on increasing the capacity of developing countries in the region in international trade negotiations. The TFSTN programme carries out two main activities: an annual parliamentarian workshop and in-country workshops. The audience for these events includes a wide range of government officials, policy advocates and the like. These workshops are carefully designed to help develop the human capital in the region necessary to take full advantage of the opportunities unleashed by globalization. This is especially important to improve prospects for development in Asia.
