    Biography

    Dr Zhang Xue is a Research Fellow at the Centre of Excellence for National Security (CENS), S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), Nanyang Technological University (NTU).

    Dr Zhang conferred her PhD in 2012 from the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information (WKWSCI), NTU. She obtained MSc (Information Studies) from WKWSCI, NTU in 2007, and BA (English and International Business Communication) from Nanjing University (China)  in 2005.

    Prior to joining RSIS, Dr Zhang worked as a Manager at Agency for Integrated Care (AIC). She was also a Research Fellow with NTU and National University of Singapore (NUS).
