Abstract
In November 2012, the RSIS Centre for Non-Traditional Security (NTS) Studies brought together researchers, policymakers and representatives of international and regional organisations as well as civil society from across the Asia-Pacific region with the aim of teasing out the critical issues in managing irregular migration. This report documents the presentations and discussions, which covered human trafficking, human smuggling and undocumented labour; asylum seekers and refugees; and climate change-induced refugees.
