Dr Gulizar Haciyakupoglu, Research Fellow at RSIS’ Centre of Excellence for National Security (CENS), delivered the keynote address at a forum entitled “Truth & Lies: Trust in Times of Information Disorder”. Held at the Li Ka Shing Library on 3 April 2019, it was organised by The Singapore Management University (SMU) Libraries, together with the SMU School of Law, S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), and Singapore Press Holdings (SPH).

Ms Jennifer Yang Hui, Associate Research Fellow, CENS, spoke at the second panel on how different actors in the society, especially the media, can do their part to build or establish trust.
