Angelo Paolo L. Trias is an Associate Research Fellow in the Centre for Non-Traditional Security Studies, S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore.
Angelo’s work focuses on the inter-disciplinary, multi-sectoral, and psycho-social aspects of emergency and disaster management. His research interests are in emerging and systemic risks, disaster risk governance, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief (HADR), civil-military relations, disaster diplomacy, and non-traditional security studies. The thematic areas he concentrates in are complexity, network thinking, data management and decision-making.
Angelo holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from De La Salle University and a Master Degree in Emergency and Disaster Management from Charles Darwin University.
