Will the 2021 Tokyo Olympics Take Place?

North Korea has become the first country to drop out of the 2021 Tokyo Olympics, as Japan faces a possible 4th wave of COVID-19 infections. In an interview, RSIS Senior Fellow Dr. James Dorsey discussed what this move might mean for the Olympics, as well as the seismic shifts that are happening in the arena of international sporting events.
