The Fragility of Middle East Alliances
In an online commentary, James M. Dorsey, a non-resident Senior Associate at the BESA Center, and a senior fellow at NTU’s RSIS, said that the fault lines of various alliances across the greater Middle East, are coming to the fore. He added that this is caused by competition among Middle Eastern rivals which is increasingly as economic and commercial as it is military and geopolitical.
