N. Korea a Key Topic in Moon’s Moscow Visit

South Korean President Moon Jae-in will be discussing nine areas of collaboration, including the denuclearisation of North Korea during his second visit to Russia in nine months. Mr Chris Cheang, senior fellow at RSIS, noted in a commentary that as an immediate neighbour, Russia “cannot help being involved and concerned” about North Korea’s future, and thus “seeks a role” in the denuclearisation process.
