Vostok 2018: Russia and China’s Diverging Common Interests

In a commentary, Zi Yang, a senior analyst with the China Programme at RSIS, said that China and Russia are sending a message to the United States – and to each other – with their display of military might. He also said that the U.S.’ readjustment of its global strategy is pushing China and Russia closer together.
