Good Bots, Bad Bots and The Humans In Between

Experts said bots should be more widely deployed to address disinformation in all forms. Mr Muhammad Faizal Abdul Rahman, research fellow at NTU’s RSIS, said social media firms should bear such costs as part of social responsibility – an expensive endeavour, but one that is in their long-term interest as the lack of security and socio-political stability will create an environment bad for business.
