5th Asia-Pacific Security Conference (APSEC) "The Evolution of Military Power in the 21st Century"
Jointly organised by RSIS and Singapore Airshow & Events Pte Ltd, this biennial conference was held on 31 January to 1 February 2010 in conjunction with Singapore Airshow 2010. Since its inception in 2002, APSEC has not only succeeded in drawing expert speakers from around the world, but has grown to be an important event in the RSIS calendar for defence officials, military personnel, academics, analysts and industry leaders from around the world to meet and to exchange views on current international concerns.
